I used to really enjoy Ben’s Cookies, so I was excited to order from benscookies.com again. But this last order was such a letdown 😕

The cookies showed up later than expected, and when I finally tried them, they tasted a bit dry instead of soft and fresh like I remembered. For the price, I was expecting way better, and one of them was broken up in the box too.
I don’t think I’ll be ordering online again after this. Maybe buying them in-store is still better, but this experience just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I’ve had a few orders where the cookies were soft and actually really good, but then the next time they were dry or so sweet I could barely finish one. It’s frustrating because they’re not cheap, so you kind of expect them to be consistent. I also didn’t love feeling like I was being talked down to when I brought it up, like I just didn’t know what they’re supposed to taste like. Overall, it’s just too hit or miss for the price.

The flavours are alright, I guess, and I can’t say they’re bad, but it feels like it’s the same few options every time. After a while it gets a bit boring, to be honest...

I’ve been trying to order from Benscookies recently it’s been kind of frustrating. The flavours I actually wanted were out of stock, and then while I was still browsing, it felt like things were changing again… just annoying.

I get that stuff sells out, that’s normal, but this was more than just one or two missing. It felt like most of the reason I went there in the first place was gone, and there wasn’t really any clear info on when anything would be back either.

In the end I just didn’t bother ordering. Which is a shame, because I do like their cookies, but if a cookie shop doesn’t have the cookies I’m after then… yeah, not much point.

I reached out to customer service hoping they could actually help, but i didn’t get anywhere. It felt like they weren’t really listening or trying to solve the issue. I’m sure other customers would feel just as frustrated if they had the same experience

The cookies were way smaller than I expected. I thought they’d be around a decent size, but they felt tiny for what I paid. Kind of felt ripped off, to be honest

I tried to check out and my payment kept failing for no clear reason. I ended up having to use a different card, which was frustrating because there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with the first one. It also feels like there are all these little policy loopholes that let them avoid giving a straight answer about why it happened. Not a great experience.

I was ready to place an order, but the dietary options were limited. I couldn’t find many clear choices for vegan meals or allergy-friendly stuff, which made me feel uneasy about trusting it. I kind of wish I’d read the reviews first before wasting time trying to make it work. In the end, I didn’t buy anything.

I probably wouldn’t order these again, at least not for the price. When they arrived, the cookies looked really messy and not at all like what I was expecting. They were flat, with chocolate smeared all over, and one of them even looked broken. Maybe they still taste okay, but just based on how they looked, I was disappointed

I ordered chocolate chip, but I’m sure I got oatmeal instead. The delivery was fine and showed up around when I expected, but the order itself just wasn’t right.

The cookies might be great, but getting to this place is kind of a hassle. It’s not close to convenient parking and it’s not anywhere near my usual route, so I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Just a warning, unless you’re already in the area, it may not be worth the trouble.

I really thought these would be better, but nope. They were basically little sugar bricks pretending to be cookies. Way too sweet, and the middle was doughy in that underbaked, unpleasant way, not the soft chewy kind. The chocolate had this weird aftertaste too, which made it even worse. I tried two different cookies and couldn’t finish either one. Maybe some people are into these sad dough blobs, but for me it was just a waste of money.

I stopped in today and left annoyed. The line was all over the place, the staff seemed rushed, and nobody was exactly friendly. By the time I finally got my cookies, they were cold, which was frustrating considering the price. Like, what a joke. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I definitely don’t see myself going back.

I was disappointed to open the box and find the cookies smashed again. They taste fine, but the packaging just isn’t doing the job. If you’re shipping something this fragile, it seems like common sense to add better padding or use a sturdier box so they don’t arrive in pieces.

I haven’t ordered from them myself, but after seeing recent complaints about freshness and customer service, I’m hesitant. It kind of gives off that feeling where there’s no real person there to help if something goes wrong, which makes me not want to take the chance.

I really wanted to like these, but the texture just wasn’t for me. The cookie was so soft it felt underbaked, almost mushy in the middle, and even the edges didn’t really have much structure. I’m all for a chewy cookie, but this was more wet and heavy than chewy... maybe some people are into that kind of texture, but I couldn’t get past it. I wouldn’t buy them again.
